  • Project Cancellation: If a client cancels the project before work has started, a full refund of any deposit paid will be issued.

  • Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services without valid cause.

  • Technical Errors or Faults: Significant issues caused by our team that cannot be corrected in a reasonable timeframe.

Please note: Refunds are not issued for completed work, partial deliveries, or client dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences (e.g., design style, color choices, or minor revisions).


2. Non-Refundable Payments

Certain fees are non-refundable, including:

  • Deposits paid for projects that have already started.

  • Payments for third-party services or tools purchased on your behalf.

  • Fees for hosting, domain registration, or external software services.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@intercodelabs.com with your project details.

  2. Include a clear explanation of the reason for the refund request.

  3. Allow 5–10 business days for our team to review and respond.

Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.


4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered based on:

  • Work already completed or delivered.

  • Costs incurred by Intercode Labs for third-party tools or services.

  • Any customizations or development work already provided.


5. Dispute Resolution

If there is any dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to communicate in good faith to resolve the issue promptly.
Legal action is considered only as a last resort.
